I have some ideas and squee to share, but if you don't see anything you'd be interested in writing, feel free to ignore all of that and write what your gut tells you. Have fun with it! F!Bearer of the Curse/Lucatiel of Mirrah
The description of Lucatiel's mask in the third game confirms that the Bearer of the Curse keeps her memory alive -- what kind of tales about Lucatiel might she pass on? It'd be great to see them working together outside the few occasions the player runs into Lucatiel. Maybe they could look for Aslatiel and Vendrick together? Maybe they try to stick together but then get separated and forget to look for each other for chunks of time -- I'd love to see one or both of them struggling to cling to their memories and humanity, especially if the other tries to bring them back to reality with desperate sex or a fight. I love the inevitability of tragedy in this ship, so anything that plays with that looming darkness and their attempts to ignore it or stave it off would be appreciated. It'd be bittersweet to see them find a moment of peace and happiness with each other -- sharing Estus, attempting to mitigate the physical effects of Hollowing, or maybe the Bearer could show Lucatiel how Human Effigies actually work.
DARK SOULS III
Anri of Astora & Horace the Hushed & Aldrich
One of my favorite things about the Souls games is how slowly everything is revealed to the player and how so much is left up to the imagination, and the subplot with these three is one of the most fascinating parts to me. I love the bond between Horace and Anri, the implications that they were intended to be sacrifices along with other children, and the cosmic horror aspects of Aldrich's character. I'd love anything that plays with the horror of the situation and shows some more of Aldrich's warped morality and influence over so much of Lothric. What was it like being prepared for ritual sacrifice to Aldrich? What horrors have Anri and Horace endured together, and to what lengths will they go for each other? Did Aldrich or his followers put the Dark Sigil on them? How did they escape, and how long have they been hunting Aldrich? Did Aldrich send someone after them when they escaped, and does he remember them now? In an AU where Anri and Horace didn't become separated and meet bad ends before confronting the Lord of Cinder, how might their final showdown go?
Company Captain Yorshka & Dark Sun Gwyndolin
(Note: I know there's some fandom disagreement about Gwyndolin's gender and pronouns, so for the sake of clarity, I believe Gwyndolin is a trans man -- er, god.)
For two characters who are never even shown together in-game, I thought these two had a very moving relationship. I'd love to read your take on their shared family history and its influence on their lives. What was their relationship like prior to Aldrich's takeover? It would be great to see Gwyndolin inducting Yorshka into the Blades of the Darkmoon, the two of them training together, or them sharing a happy or bittersweet moment before the sun set in Anor Londo. For something sadder, how did Yorshka react when she found out Gwyndolin was willing to sacrifice himself for her? What was going through Gwyndolin's mind? I'd also like to see something based on the scrapped content where the Ashen One gives Yorshka Gwyndolin's finger.
F!Ashen One/Sirris of the Sunless Realms
I love how Sirris starts out very aloof and frosty towards the Ashen One, but eventually grows to admire her and finally to pledge her service to her. I'd love anything that has these two working together -- a fic where Sirris mentors the Ashen One in the ways of the Darkmoon Covenant, a fetch quest, sparring to improve their combat techniques, fighting off invaders, or helping another NPC. Moments of vulnerability or caregiving would be great as well, especially if there's a degree of hero worship on both their parts. It'd also be fun to play around with the eventual leader/helper role reversal after the Ashen One helps Sirris kill Creighton and Hodrick. Alternatively, maybe the Ashen One joined Rosaria's Fingers and the two part bitterly -- could they ever reconcile? How might the Ashen One go about regaining Sirris' trust?

Edward Elric/Roy Mustang
I love the spark and conflict in their relationship, how terrible they are at communicating, how great a combo they'd be if they could just get past their faulty assumptions and expectations of each other, and how they eventually settle into mutual respect. This is one of my oldest ships, so I have a ton of prompts: bonding over alchemy; one of them has a PTSD episode and the other recognizes it; survival scenario fic where one of them is injured and has to rely on the other for help; Flame vs. Fullmetal 2.0, UST Bonus Round; Roy loathing himself for wanting Ed, Ed loathing Roy for treating him like a kid; missing scene from the night they spend on the Rockwell property during "Hohenheim of Light"; fic where a baddie-of-the-week or the Homunculi capture them both and torture one to get to the other; missing each other in their own ways on opposite sides of the gate; reunion post-Conqueror of Shamballa. I'm also a sucker for fic where Ed is shy about the automail and Roy soothes him or where Ed fusses over Roy's wounds from the fight with Pride.
Lust/Sloth
These two are so gloriously fucked up, and I'd love a fic to match that! I think it'd be interesting to see them start a relationship under Dante's nose, and it'd be fun to see how their twisted morals and the struggle to maintain their fractured identities would play out in a relationship. I'd love a fic that shows them working together early in the series (the creepier they are, the better!), but the decidedly antagonistic turn that their relationship takes in their last few episodes is also excellent for me. Maybe something with fighting that turns into sex, perhaps taking advantage of homunculi's healing and shapeshifting abilities? Twisted h/c scenarios would also be right up my alley, especially if the same character does the hurting and the comforting. I'd love to see Sloth trying to gently lure Lust back into Dante's influence, or Lust playing along and manipulating Sloth into thinking that nothing is wrong while secretly planning to defect.
POKÉMON
Lillie/Moon
I'd love anything set post-game, with trainer!Lillie returning from Kanto or the two girls traveling together. With the emphasis on traveling and exploring in the games, I also think it'd be fun to see something with camping tropes (cooking s'mores over a campfire, sharing a sleeping bag, hearing scary noises at night and comforting each other and/or investigating). For a different take on canon, I'd love an AU where Lillie hasn't completely escaped Lusamine's influence -- how might that change their relationship?
Fic where Pokémon are involved in some way, whether it's as a plot device or characters in their own right, would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to see Moon take Lillie for a ride on a Ride Pokemon or show Lillie how to care for Nebby with Refresh. (It would also be cute to see the two of them raising Nebby post-game.) Maybe they have a Pokemon battle once Lillie's a trainer, and instead of the usual exchange of pocket money the loser offers to treat the winner on a date? Maybe a psychic-type Pokémon reveals that they have feelings for each other and hilarity ensues? Or maybe one or both of them gets Salazzle pheromones on her and the other is affected by it (this could range anywhere from them being cuddlier and more affectionate than usual to straight-up sex pollen, but if you do go the nsfw route please age them up)?
PUELLA MAGI MADOKA MAGICA
Kaname Madoka/Sakura Kyouko
Their "secret friendship" in The Different Story and their scenes in episode 9 are so melancholy and sweet; I love the moments of protectiveness Kyouko exhibits toward Madoka, and how willing Madoka is to see the good in Kyouko and trust her. I'd adore anything where Kyouko finds herself providing awkward but sincere emotional support to Madoka. I also like the character detail of Kyouko keeping her hair clip shaped like her father's symbol, and I think it'd be very sweet to see Madoka give Kyouko a token of her affection to hang onto like that. Clothes-sharing would also be fantastic, even if it's as simple as them switching hair ribbons occasionally. Awkwardly sweet courtship is a weakness of mine, and I think this ship is an excellent candidate for it. On the other hand, it'd be fun to see them start out as somewhat antagonistic before Madoka earns Kyouko's respect and befriends her -- I'd love to see a contracted Madoka have her chance to shine as a physical fighter, maybe while protecting Sayaka.
Miki Sayaka/Sakura Kyouko
Fic that retains a bit of their original conflict would be fun, especially if the tension is of an I-care-about-you-so-much-it-pisses-me-off flavor. They can both be pretty brash; maybe one of them gets injured and the other is both angry and concerned? I'd love to see Kyouko strong-arm Sayaka into purifying her soul gem, even if it means knocking her unconscious and using a grief seed on her herself. It would also be great to see Sayaka rescue the much-stronger Kyouko or use healing magic on her if she's badly wounded. I love emotional whump as well, and would be thrilled to see Kyouko in particular be vulnerable enough to cry. I'm interested in alternate tragic endings for them during Homura's many timelines -- them dying together in Walpurgisnacht, fighting each other's witch forms, getting to know each other in different ways and then losing that again. Or you could show them meeting in magical girl heaven and finally letting go of all their burdens so they can be together.
Miki Sayaka/Tomoe Mami
I'm fascinated by the tension that comes from Sayaka idolizing Mami and Mami having much more in common with Sayaka's need for validation and love than she wants to let on. I'd really love to see them forced into a situation where they have to acknowledge their issues and come to a deeper understanding of each other. Maybe they're trapped inside a witch's barrier for an extended period of time, or maybe in one timeline they end up in a separate group from the others? I'm fine with an ambiguous or tragic end for them as well, especially if the tragedy stems from something positive they accomplished in their relationship (for example, maybe Mami saved Sayaka from a witch, but it made Sayaka feel useless and hastened her fall into despair; or maybe Mami trusted Sayaka enough to let her guard down and was killed by something avoidable). For a somewhat fluffier/crackier premise, I can easily see Madoka attempting to set up woo-woo "teambuilding exercises" for them that are deeply awkward but still result in genuine relationship growth. It would also be cute to see Mami teaching Sayaka how to cook while trying to spin it into a lecture about magical powers.
WHEN WOMEN WERE WARRIORS
Tamras/Maara
Sickfic, whump or hurt/comfort, or missing scenes from Tamras' apprenticeship or their time hiding in the forest would be greatly appreciated. I really liked the focus on spiritual experiences in the books and would be thrilled to see more of that too, whether it's a marriage/partnership ceremony, more sex-with-feelings, or in something tropey like the two of them swapping bodies or sharing a consciousness. I really like Tamras and would love fic that keeps her voice from the books, but if you're up for it I'd adore something from Maara's point of view; she's such an enigma so much of the time, it'd be fun to see what goes through her mind, and how she comes to realize and process her attraction to Tamras. Does she talk to Namet and Laris about Tamras the way Tamras talks about her to Sparrow and Gnith? Does she pine for Tamras during their separation in book 3? Something set post-canon would be fun to see as well. I'd love anything with the two of them as old ladies, or with Tamras in her prime ruling the house.
